Acupuncture is a time-tested healing modality that involves the gentle insertion of fine, sterile needles into specific points on the body to promote balance, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-bing. Rooted in East Asian medicine, acupuncture works by stimulating the body’s natural healing processes, regulating the nervous system, and improving circulation. It can be beneficial for a wide range of conditions, including pain management, stress relief, digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances, and immune support.
